Welcome to Cold Noble Creative, where we bring a creative edge to custom screen printing! Our shop is located in Chico, California, and we're proud to call this place home. Co-owned by Lisa Banks and Hailey Payne Banks, our shop has deep roots in the local community and Bay Area experience. These two ladies lived, worked, and grew their business in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles for over 15 years before returning to Chico in 2016 to expand operations. Lisa Banks

Co-Owner, Operations / Sales Manager

Lisa is our co-owner, operations manager, and sales guru! With an MFA in Digital Arts and New Media from the University of California Santa Cruz, Lisa has produced videos and developed digital media content for the J. Paul Getty Museum's Education department. But before that, she honed her art chops by working in art galleries for over six years, selling everything from museum quality Chinese jades to contemporary American paintings. In 2021, Lisa earned her Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, further sharpening her business acumen. She's been with Cold Noble from the start, co-founding the company as a platform for creative digital collaboration. With her keen eye for art and her knack for sales, Lisa keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures that our clients always leave happy.

Hailey Payne Banks

Co-Owner, Art Director / Production Manager

Hailey, our co-owner and art production geek is a graduate of the Academy of Art University’s Animation and Visual Effects program, and knows how to troll players for fun and profit thanks to her time in the production department of Nexon America. Hailey then moved on to the web department at Snail Games USA before realizing her true calling in digital art and screen printing. She co-founded Cold Noble Creative in 2013 and has been bringing her unique blend of creativity, expertise, and humor to the team ever since. From video games to screen printing, Hailey is a true pro and loves to bring fun and excitement to all her projects.
